FOURESS forged steel gate, globe & Check valves have set their own standards in many industries, much like our super-speciality valves.

Available in sizes, from 1/4” to 2” for pressure #800 & #1500 with forged carbon steel (ASTM A105); forged alloy steel (ASTM A 182 Gr. FS/F11/F22);forged stainless steel (ASTM A 182 Gr. F304/F304L);forged stainless steel (ASTM A 182 Gr. F316/F316L).

The raw materials for gate, globe & Check valves are sourced through reputed foundries and forge shops approved by major consultants in India. Rotary table surface grinding and imported lapping machines ensure a fine surface finish of 100% leak-tightness. The trim materials is hardened and tempered for higher durability and performance. Further stellited trim can also be provided. The valves offered can meet both API and BS Standards requirements.
