Bombay Engineering Industries has been
a part of profitable multi location, multi-product Fouress Group
of Companies, established about 4 decades back in the year 1962,
mainly catering to the requirements of Fouress Bangalore Plant
for its Gearboxes. As part of the diversification and in order
to reduce the dependability on the parent company alone for the
survival, BEI is in the process of planning and implementing various
other products which are connected to the main activity of flow
control products.
The following gives a brief description on one such product which
was successfully completed in BEI and has been tested in record
time well within the need date of the customer bringing about
total satisfaction to all concerned. We plan to regularize this
product in our portfolio and to actively promote it with the companies
and consultants involved in similar projects and hence this report.
We also wish to thank all those involved and helped us in this
