Fouress Cage Trim Valves offer wide adaptability to different system requirements, eliminating or greatly reducing the multiplicity of standard or special purpose designs otherwise liable to be involved.
A range of options gives extensive cover for varied conditions - material specification, trim type, flow characteristics, seat/body-port area ratios- and all parts are interchangeable between globe and angle style valves in a given size and rating.

Parts substitution, internal inspection and maintenance are effected with minimum trouble, the essential working components being removable while the body remains undisturbed in the pipe-line.

BV500 - Globe body - balanced plug design
BV501 - Angle body - balanced plug design
BV502 - Globe body - unbalanced (solid) plug design
BV503 - Angle body - unbalanced (solid) plug design
A choice of globe and angle patterns is available in the following standard material, other castable alloys being available to order.

End connections: Flanged to ANSI B 16.5:1981 up to and including Class 600 lb and Bs.4504 PN series up to and including PN 100. Butt weld end connections are available on Class 600 lb rated valves.
